Returns and Exchanges

We appreciate your business and hope that you love your Chloë Angus purchases!
As per our policy, items purchased from Chloë Angus Design are exchange only, which must be arranged with us within 5 days of receiving your package.
Some items cannot be exchanged (e.g. Face Masks, custom pieces).
To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, upon receipt of your items, please check to make sure that you are happy with the style/size/colour, or for any flaws or damage.
If you are unhappy with an item for these or any other reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 604-224-2456 to arrange your exchange.
*** Please Note: all items must be unworn and in their original condition with the tags still attached. Items must not be washed or dry-cleaned.
How to ship your exchange:
1. Please include a copy of your receipt, along with your:
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Reason for the return (wrong size, change colour, damaged, etc)
• Specifics for your exchange or repair (item you would like in exchange)
2. Mail items to be exchanged, receipt copy, and the above information to:

All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with the tags still attached. Items must not be washed or dry-cleaned. In the unlikely event that items are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
You must also include a copy of your original receipt in the package. Items that do not comply will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs, including and not limited to postage costs of rejected packages.
